• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
• For wrong or missing products, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours
• Please do not hand over your return parcel without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation
• First return/exchange is FREE
• Second return/exchange will be charged:
– Return: ₹99
– Exchange: ₹149
• If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you must self-ship the product
– Courier cost should not exceed ₹200
– Please use India Post – Speed Post for self-shipping
• Do not accept delivery if the package looks tampered
• Refunds for COD orders will be issued via cashback/coupon code or bank transfer
• Do not share OTP with the delivery agent unless you have physically received the order
